Garden visit to Oulton Hall, near Aylsham

A group of about 20 members and friends gathered on a sunny day to visit Oulton Hall. The owner, Bolton Agnew, gave a personal tour, starting in the house where he described the fire that destroyed the house in 2015 and the subsequent full restoration of the listed C18 building. The beautiful and gracious home and gardens and the excellent tour made for an enjoyable and memorable outing. The gardens do also open with the National Garden Scheme for those who were unable to attend.
